It's like most Applebee's, the Chicken Wanton Taco were good appetizer, drinks are inexpensive. Service is good or bad depending on server. We like coming after 9pm, we order off the 1/2 price appetizer menu.
Ordered riblet plate. Only got two riblets. See photo. Hostess tried to seat me by the door when there were plenty of other booths available. Sat at bar... bartender was on the back most of my visit
Update...had discussion with bartender (manager?) about my disappointment. The manager explained that the meal was sold by weight . She offered to get me more food, which I declined. When I got my tab, they had comped my whole meal. I tipped the staff the cost of the meal and 30%.
Other than not caring for the music and noise, it was great, great food and good service.
There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and they didn't want to take orders over the phone. We ended up going inside of the restaurant only to be told basically what we wanted was not there. The best thing about the restaurant was the person that took our order and gave us our food. He was very polite
Haven't been here in 5 years or more, but it still looks the same with no updates or improvements. Walked in and smelled like burnt fish. Menu options are mostly fish and chicken options with a few steak/burgers to choose from, which is why we haven't been back as the wife has a poultry allergy.
Service was kind of slow, took a minute before hostess came to seat us. Waitress was quick and on top of things.
I'm surprised that prices haven't jumped compared to other restaurants.
In the end, food was ok and was happy with it overall.
Ordered for pickup..went inside where it says to pick up your food no 1 came over..after 10mins I hear the staff joking about not taking an order outside after 8pm or 9pm as if I wasn't there ahead of time..Obviously they didn't know I was waiting because no one checked..Management should explain to staff how unprofessional it is to 1 not do their job correctly & 2 learn to be aware of the chatter..two were younger adults but the older lady should have had more sense not to engage. Needless to say food was ready & staff needs to be more professional ..as a traveler it's disappointing
